Introduction: These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Scope of Services for Bayside Window Washing:

- Window Cleaning

- Pressure Washing

- Gutter Cleaning

- Soft Washing

- General Cleaning

Acknowledgment of Existing Conditions:

The client acknowledges that any existing scratches, chips, cracks, or other damage to the property being serviced by the service provider are the client's responsibility. The service provider is not liable for any existing damage, nor incurred damage to the pre-existing conditions of the property.

The client acknowledges that paint splatter, hard water stains, concrete, natural colour, degradation, oxidation and other persistent stains that are pre-existing to the service are excluded from any service unless specifically stated otherwise.

Quotes, Estimates and Additional Charges:

The quoted prices for services are estimates only and may be adjusted based on changes to the scope of work. The client will be informed of any additional work required, and changes will be implemented upon mutual agreement.

Garden and Surface Care:

The client acknowledges that while the service provider has strict measures in place to protect all surfaces and their surroundings during cleaning tasks, we cannot guarantee that all surfaces will remain undamaged during the cleaning process. The client accepts any general risk associated with the cleaning process and agrees to hold Bayside Window Washing harmless for any damage to any surfaces or surrounding areas upon engagement of services.

Furniture and Items:

To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process, the client agrees to move all furniture and items at least 1.5 meters away from the surfaces to be cleaned. This precaution helps prevent any obstruction or potential damage to both our staff and the surrounding furniture or items. Please ensure these items are relocated before our team arrives for the service appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

The client is permitted a maximum of one rescheduling prior to a deposit being requested to cover rescheduling costs. The client agrees to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the booking or require additional rescheduling, we kindly ask for a 10% deposit to cover rescheduling costs. In the event of inclement weather, please get in touch with us anytime to discuss alternate arrangements. We may also contact you if rescheduling is necessary for the safety of our staff or the effectiveness of our clean.

Payment Policy:

The client understands that payment is due on receipt of service unless otherwise formally agreed in writing.

The client acknowledges that the service provider does not offer discounts based on cash payments.

Safety and Compliance:

The client agrees to provide a safe working environment for the service provider, including clear access to all areas requiring service. This includes all pets to be kept away from the work area during the service to minimise hazards to staff and/or pets.

Changes to These Terms And Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon posting.

Agreement:

By accepting this price estimate, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver and release of liability.
