Can you clean multi-story buildings?

Yes, we can clean buildings up to two levels from the ground. For higher-level apartments, we can provide window cleaning as long as we have safe access to each window.

What areas do you service?

We primarily serve the Melbourne South-East suburb of Bayside and surrounding areas. However, we are rapidly growing and expanding our territory. Please get in touch with us to discuss your location and requirements and we'll be happy to assist your request!

Do you offer any discounts for regular cleaning services?

Absolutely! We can arrange routine cleaning schedules to keep your home or business looking its best. Please contact us for more details on how you can save on ongoing maintenance.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?

We understand that weather events such as heat or rain are beyond anyone's control and may create poor conditions for cleaning. If you're concerned about the impact of the weather for your upcoming clean, please get in touch with us anytime.

We may also contact you if rescheduling is necessary for the safety of our staff or the effectiveness of our clean.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment (excluding weather-related events)?

We understand that sometimes busy schedules can overlap, so we allow one complimentary reschedule to help keep things on track.

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the booking or require additional rescheduling, we kindly ask for a 10% deposit to cover rescheduling costs.

How do you handle payment?

Payment is due upon receipt of service. Ensuring you have access to your preferred method of payment is important to us, so whether you prefer to pay by card or other means, we've got you covered. Please note that we do not offer discounts based on cash payments.
